Spaghetti with Ham and Peas

Spaghetti with Cheese Sauce
Spring pasta


  1. Place the peas, ham, cream and parsley in a small bowl.
  2. Let it boil for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and cook for 5 more minutes.
  3. Add pepper, salt and cheese and let it melt. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons butter now. Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions.
  5. Drain.
  6. Mix the pea sauce and serve.
