Spaghetti with Meat Balls in White Sauce



  1. Balls: Put the ground beef in a bowl and add all the ingredients listed, except the oil. One, not kneading too much. Form balls about 1-1 / 2 “in diameter and fry in the oil until golden. Leave in the pan.
  2. Salsa: Blend the milk with the flour, melt the butter and add the milk with flour. Add the bay leaf. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened. Pour the cream into the skillet where it has the balls and stir well.
  3. Pasta: Cook the pasta in plenty of salt water until al dente. Serve the pasta with the meat balls sauce in each individual dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to taste.
