Preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, put the milk, parsley, marjoram, oregano and salt. Let it freeze for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the cream cheese and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the nutmeg and pepper now. Strain the mixture.
  4. Bring water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
  5. Culelelos.
  6. Serve hot with the sauce on top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
