Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Linguine La Parmigiana
- 400g of chicken breast in strips
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 50g of basil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 100g of tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- In a hot pan add olive oil and add half a teaspoon of garlic, then the fresh tomato previously blended and the tomato sauce.
- Add a little sugar to control the acidity and cook over medium heat. Add the fresh basil and oregano.
- Sauté the chicken in olive oil, garlic and season.
- In a large pot, boil water with a handful of salt. Add the pasta and cook until al dente
- Serve the pasta in individual plates, add the chicken and sauce. You can add Parmesan cheese to taste.
