Linguine with chicken


  • 1 packet of Linguine La Parmigiana
  • 400g of chicken breast in strips
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 50g of basil
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 100g of tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. In a hot pan add olive oil and add half a teaspoon of garlic, then the fresh tomato previously blended and the tomato sauce.
  2. Add a little sugar to control the acidity and cook over medium heat. Add the fresh basil and oregano.
  3. Sauté the chicken in olive oil, garlic and season.
  4. In a large pot, boil water with a handful of salt. Add the pasta and cook until al dente
  5. Serve the pasta in individual plates, add the chicken and sauce. You can add Parmesan cheese to taste.
