Shrimp Recipe in Olio


  • Extra virgin olive oil La Parmigiana
  • 10 peeled shrimp
  • Minced garlic
  • Parsley
  • Chopped onion
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper optional


  1. Heat in a skillet with about 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the onion and cook for 2 to 3 min. Then add the garlic and red pepper and cook until golden brown.
  2. Add shrimp and cook approximately 6 min. 3 on each side.
  3. When the shrimp are ready add the cherry tomatoes. Mix and serve.
