- Extra virgin olive oil La Parmigiana
- 10 peeled shrimp
- Minced garlic
- Chopped onion
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper optional
- Heat in a skillet with about 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the onion and cook for 2 to 3 min. Then add the garlic and red pepper and cook until golden brown.
- Add shrimp and cook approximately 6 min. 3 on each side.
- When the shrimp are ready add the cherry tomatoes.
Mix and serve.
