Ingredients:
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1 sliced anchovy fillets
- 1 cup of seedless black olives
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups of seedless tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely crushed
Procedure:
- Heat the oil and sauté the garlic, add the anchovies and tomatoes and leave until the tomatoes are shiny and soft.
- Add the olives, capers, pepper and wine. Cook for 5 minutes.
