Penne with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:


  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 sliced anchovy fillets
  • 1 cup of seedless black olives
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups of seedless tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely crushed

Procedure:

  1. Heat the oil and sauté the garlic, add the anchovies and tomatoes and leave until the tomatoes are shiny and soft.
  2. Add the olives, capers, pepper and wine. Cook for 5 minutes.
