Spaghetti with Ham and Peas
Fine spaghetti with meat sauce and mushrooms


  1. In the olive oil sauté the garlic until golden brown without burning it.
  2. Then add the eggplants, mushrooms and broccoli. Add the white wine, the red peppers and finally the cooked carrot.
  3. Add the pasta and chopped parsley.
  4. Splash and serve immediately.
