Lasagna of Asparagus

Spaghetti with Cheese Sauce


  1. Butter the butter and sauté the onions and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Over low heat add flour and mix well.
  3. Add milk slowly stirring constantly until thickened, add nutmeg, pepper and salt.
  4. Remove the hardest stems from the asparagus and skin the edges, cut them and place in a pan with water to cover, when they boil and change color .
  5. Mix with cottage cheese and ham. Add tomato sauce and basil.
  6. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. When it drains and pass through cold water until you can handle it.
  7. Drain well. Grease a heat-resistant pan and place some of the cream, cover with lasagne, place a cup of asparagus, lasagna, cream, asparagus.
  8. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F, about 35 minutes.
