La Parmigiana

Based on Italian technology and strict quality control, La Parmigiana Pastas were introduced into the national market and is currently the best-selling pasta in the country.

Due to the high demand for the La Parmigiana pasta, a modernization of the manufacturing equipment was carried out. Since 2000, two modern production lines have been acquired, one for short pastries and the other for long pastries with high temperature systems from the prestigious Italian brand PAVAN.

Thanks to the renovation and modernization of our team and the rigorous quality sanitary controls, we can offer our customers the highest quality product in the country.

In 1985, the company Agro Food Industries of Veraguas, introduced the Pasta Factory La Parmigiana, with the purpose of manufacturing the best pastas, based on 100% Durum wheat semolina.
