Fine spaghetti with meat sauce and mushrooms

  1. Season the meat with salt, pepper and English sauce. Dore in a hot skillet with 2 tablespoons oil. Add the garlic and onion and let it wither. Once withered, add the mushrooms with the spoonful of oil left and sauté. Add 1 cup of water and cook over medium heat until meat is tender.
  2. If the sauce is dried before the meat has softened, add more water and cook for a long time to soften. Meanwhile cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water, until they are al dente. Once the meat is soft, add the cream and stir well. Correct the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve the spaghetti with the meat sauce. Makes 4-5 servings.
