Creamy Pasta Salad with Chicken

Ingredients

  • 200g of tornillo pasta La Parmigiana
  • Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
  • Dijon mustard (to taste)
  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • Parmesan Cheese Parmigiana
  • Cooked chicken strips
  • Lettuce
  • Crotones
  • Salt, pepper and oregano to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, lettuce, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add the dressing and mix well so that everything is coated.
  5. Serve with croutons on top and a sprinkle of oregano for garnish.
